1.The installed antennas must not be located in a manner that allows exposure of the general population at a distance of less than 20cm.

2.Mount the antennas in a manner that prevents any personnel from entering the area within 20cm from the central position of the antenna.

To satisfy FCC RF exposure requirements, a separation distance of 20 cm or more should be maintained between this device and persons during device operation.

To ensure compliance, operations at closer than this distance is not recommended. The antenna used for this transmitter must not be co-located in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.

Only install this product in fixtures that can sturdily support weights of at least 1.5lbs (681 g).

Use proper and safe bodily support when installing product in high locations.

Use only in fixtures rated for the appropriate lamp wattage.

Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.

To avoid damage by possible fire:

Do not block product’s ventilation openings.

Do not install near heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves or other heat-generating appliances.

CAUTION

This product is not intended for use in emergency light fixtures or exit signs.

Use only accessories specified by the manufacturer.

To prevent early lamp failure, lamp should only be installed in operating environments ranging between -40 degrees Fahrenheit and +113 degrees Farenheit (-40 degrees Celcius and +45 degrees Celcius).
