Panel C Industrial Computer Features

The Panel C industrial computer is a high performance workstation designed primarily for use as a hardware platform for Human Machine Interface (HMI) and/or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software packages running on Windows NT® or Windows 2000® operating systems.

The Panel C industrial computer is a fully self contained PC-compatible computer with a built-in flat screen display and resistive touch screen. The unit is housed in a rugged metal case to protect the system against dust, water, and damage.

Panel C industrial computers accept either 115 VAC or 230 VAC input power.

The unit is supplied completely assembled and requires only mounting and connecting. The use of special clips to secure the unit to the panel eliminates the need for mounting holes and requires only one cut-out to mount the unit.

Before powering up your system for the first time, you should refer to the procedures in Chapter 2, which contains information you need to set up the operating system and network communications.
