Storing Emergency Numbers

 

Your Eumex 704PC LAN can save up to three emergency numbers. These numbers

 

can always be dialled from every telephone, independent of the external line access

 

rights that otherwise exist.

 

You save the emergency numbers as follows:

Lift the handset. The configuration mode is active and you hear a special internal

dialling tone.

Select the code digits 62.

Enter the number of the memory location (01, 02 or 03), and press the star key.

Enter the emergency number (up to 24 digits are possible) and press the hash key. You hear a positive acknowledgement tone.

Replace the handset.

Repeat the above procedure for each emergency number. Please refer to the note in the chapter entitled "Special Settings/Features" on p. 32.

 

Deleting Emergency Numbers

 

You delete emergency numbers as follows:

Lift the handset.

The configuration mode is active and you hear a special internal

dialling tone.

Select the code digits 63.

Enter the memory location you want to delete (01, 02 or 03), and press the hash key. You hear a positive acknowledgement tone.

Replace the handset.
