Storing Numbers for Speed Dialling

 

Your Eumex 704PC LAN can save up to 100 telephone numbers, which you can then

 

dial conveniently using the speed-dialling code digits 00 to 99.

Lift the handset. The configuration mode is active and you hear a special internal

dialling tone.

Select the code digits 61.

t(= speed-dialling code).

Enter the telephone number (up to 24 digits are possible). Do not enter a leading 0,

teven in the case of manual external line access seizure.Select a double-digit memory location number from 00 to 99

Press the R-key. You hear a positive acknowledgement tone.

Replace the handset.

Repeat the above procedure for every telephone number/speed-dialling code.

Tip: You can also save all procedures containing the star and hash keys as "tele- phone numbers." You can thus save the entire call transfer procedure (see p. 28) as a speed-dialling telephone number, and then activate or deactivate it by means of the double-digit speed-dialling code.

 

Deleting Individual/All Speed-dialling Numbers

Select the code digits 60.

Enter the memory location (i.e. the speed-dialling code, 00 to 99) of the number to be

deleted. If you want to delete all speed-dialling numbers, press the star key twice

 

instead of the memory location.

Replace the handset.
