Authentication Failure

When the user ID and/or password are typed incorrectly, Auto-Redirection will present the following Authentication Failure page:

In addition to the Auto Redirection screen, your browser may return an Invalid User error message.

Click OK to close the browser error message.

Solutions:

Check the spelling of the user ID and password carefully.

Make sure CAPS LOCK is not on.

User IDs and passwords for some ISPs are case-sensitive.

NOTE: Make sure you have a record of your correct user ID and password. As a security measure, some ISPs will lock out an account after repeated authentication failures.
