Retrieving an Existing Document

To retrieve an existing document:

NOTE: Unless specified otherwise, during a SAVE or SAVE AS operation of a file, the system defaults to saving all data files in the My Documents folder.

•From the Desktop, double-click on the My Documents folder or whatever folder you specified, to open a window similar to that in (Figure 12).

•Double-click on the document you want to edit. Windows will automatically open the document using the application associated with that document.
