Printing a Document

To print a document:

NOTE: All of the following actions will print the document to the default printer. If this is not what you want, then open the associated program (if not already open) and from the menu bar click on the File menu and select Print. This will bring up a dialog in which you can select the printer desired.

•Make sure the printer is connected (See the previous section on how to do this).

•Turn the printer’s power on.

•Now then you have the following two choices:

•For an open document, click on the printer icon.

•OR

•From the folder in which you saved the file (the default all data files is the My Documents folder), right-click on the document and choose Print.
