Users

The Network - Users page lists all the Users known to the system.

Adding a User

To add a User:

1From the menu bar, select Network - Users.

2Click . The Network - Users - Add page is displayed:

3Enter the User’s Name. A User Id is automatically generated.

4Enter a Description for the User.

5Enter a and confirm the User’s Password (this is mandatory).

6Tick the Network File Sharing box to enable NFS for the User and select a Group from the Network Sharing Group Privileges list.

7If the User is to have replication privileges, tick the Replication box.

8If the User is to have FTP access privileges, tick the FTP box.
