Removing the Power Connector

1.Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.

2.Remove:

a)SD card

b)battery

c)base cover

d)keyboard

e)palmrest

f)system fan

g)heatsink

h)speakers

3.Disconnect the power-connector cable from the system board remove the screw that secures to the computer. Remove the power connector.

Installing the Power Connector

1.Insert the power connector in its slot.

2.Connect the power connector to the system board.

3.Tighten the screw that secures the power connector to the system board.

4.Install:

a)speakers

b)heatsink

c)system fan

d)palmrest

e)keyboard

f)base cover

g)battery

h)SD card

5.Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your Computer.

Removing the I/O Board

1.Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
