Supported Software

4.1.7 Intel USB 2.0 Drivers

The Intel chipset does not support USB 2.0 drivers for Windows98 SE and WindowsME.

Windows® XP

If your Windows® XP CD already includes Service Pack 1, the USB

2.0driver will automatically install when you install the operating system. If the CD does not include Service Pack 1, it is available for download at Microsoft’s Windows Update website.

Windows® 2000

If your Windows® 2000 CD already includes Service Pack 4, the USB 2.0 driver will automatically install when you install the operating system. If the CD does not include Service Pack 4, it is available for download at Microsoft’s Windows Update website.

4.2Installation Notes

1."Autorun" ONLY supports the WindowsME, Windows2000, Windows NT4.0 and WindowsXP operating systems. If after

inserting the CD, "Autorun" did not automatically start (which is, the Main Board Utility CD screen did not appear), please go directly to the root directory of the CD and double-click "Setup".

2.All steps or procedures to install software drivers are subject to change without notice as the softwares are occassionally updated. Please go to DFI's web site at "http://www.dfi.com/support1/ download2.asp" for the latest version of the drivers or software applications.
