BATTERY SERVICE GUIDE
WARNING – Battery replacement to be performed by qualified service technician only.
WARNING – The battery in this product contains chemicals, including lead known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects and other reproductive harm. Wash hands after handling.
1.Turn the HTUPS off.
2.Remove all the connected load.
3.Disconnect the HTUPS input power cord.
4.Lay the HTUPS flat on its left side panel.
5.Loosen the screws of the front panel.
6.Slide the front panel as shown on page 14.
7.Grab the battery’s (+) cable, colored red, by its insulated terminal and slide off the battery’s (+) spade connector.

10.Insert the new battery so that the orientation is the same as the original.
