Hard Disk Boot Priority

Press <Enter> and the following sub-menu appears:

Select the hard disk priority (from the 1st to the 8th) in this list. Use the arrow-up and arrow-down keys to select a device, then press <+> to move it up or <-> to move it down.

Virus Warning

The item is to set the Virus Warning feature for IDE Hard Disk boot sector protection. If the function is enabled and any attempt to write data into this area is made, BIOS will display a warning message on screen and beep. Settings: Disabled, Enabled.

Quick Power On Self Test

Select Enabled to reduce the amount of time required to run the power-on self- test (POST). A quick POST skips certain steps. We recommend that you nor- mally disable quick POST. Better to find a problem during POST than lose data during your work.
