Why doesn’t the Connection Manager window appear?
If the Connection Manager window does not appear, you may be using software that is blocking pop
on the main window.
If the window still does not appear or you are not using pop software, try one or more of the following suggestions.
Is JavaScript enabled for your browser?
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or later versions
• Select Toolsnet Options | . |
•Click Internet on the Security tab.
•Click Custom Level … .
•under Scripting click Enable.
•Click OK twice.
Netscape Navigator 6.2
• Select Edit | . |
•Click Extended.
•Select Enable JavaScript for Navigator.
•Click OK.
