At the top of the graph window there are three buttons, which allow you to control whether out of specification readings are shown on the graph:

the button with the red arrow determines whether above-specification readings are included: if it is down, above-specification readings will be shown on the graph; if it is up, they will not be displayed.

the button with the green arrow determines whether within-specification readings are included: if it is down, within-specification readings will be shown on the graph; if it is up, they will not be displayed.

the button with the blue arrow determines whether below-specification readings are included: if it is down, below-specification readings will be shown on the graph; if it is up, they will not be displayed.

These buttons are only available when the Y-axis shows numbers of readings. If the graph shows percentages of total readings, all readings will be displayed.

Printing Readings

You can print readings by selecting the Print command from the File menu.

If the topmost window is a graph, the graph will be printed using patterns for filling of the bars. Patterns are used for printouts to support monochrome printers. The use of patterns also aids the readability of some forms of electronic transmission, for example facsimile transmission.
