USER'S MANUAL

SCSI Addressing

As only one device can be connected at once, the SCSI address on your SCSI device can be set at any ID you choose.

Using the FireSCSI Xpress

The USB Xpress SCSI is hot-pluggable on the Windows 98 operating environment, meaning that you can connect and disconnect the cable from your computer without having to shutdown. However, you must be sure that none of the devices are being accessed before you remove the cable from the PC. Attempting to do so while devices are being accessed may result in data loss or damage.
