The RS232 function will only operate if PH has been set to 0 or 2.
8.2When Parameter S.F. in section 7 is set to 0 :
No RS232 function. The scale will not transmit or receive any data although the scale is equipped with RS232. The RS232 function can be only activated when the scale is in normal weighing mode.
