Unable to input by touching the display

Has the Setup Utility been used to set [Touchscreen] to [2E8/IRQ7]?

Confirm that the setting for resource in [Start] - [Programs] - [Updd] - [Settings] - [Hardware] and the setting for [2E8/IRQ7] in [Touchscreen] of the Setup Utility are appropriate.

When mouse drivers are installed (i.e. Intellimouse), the touchscreen may at times be unable to be used. In such cases, reinstall the touchscreen driver.

Has Acrobat Reader been uninstalled?

If Acrobat Reader has been uninstalled, select [Start] - [Run], then type "c:\util\reader\setup.exe". Follow the on-screen instructions.
