When the battery capacity is so low that only a transmission time of about 20 to 30 minutes remains, the “LOW BATT” display flashes on the display panel .
You should now immediately replace the transmitter battery. The AMF (Advanced Muting Function) in the EM 3532 receiver helps you, as far as possible, to maintain the transmission without noise.
Notes
The “LOW BATT” display is reset by the mute function. Whenever the squelch is activated in the receiver, the “LOW BATT” display goes off and the evaluation of the battery status signal from the transmitter starts over again.
Under favourable reception conditions, the evaluation of the battery information from the transmitter lasts about 10 – 20 seconds. However, it can be significantly longer if reception
is subject to interference from time to time. This time is then also needed by the display in
display panel | in order to update the information shown. |
