Chapter 5 Advanced operations

5.1 Create volume group

To create the volume group, please follow these procedures:

1.Enter Volume config.

2.Enter Volume group.

3.Click .

4.Enter a VG Name, choose a RAID level from the pull down menu,

press to choose the PD slot(s) that will be members of this

VG, then press .

5.Check the setting. Press if all settings are correct.

6.Done. A summary page will be created to show the new VG.
