Unplug JetFlash from your system directly when data is not transferring.

1.Select the icon in the system tray.

2.The Unplug or Eject Hardware pop-up menu will appear. Select to continue.

3.The Unplug or Eject Hardware window will appear. Select USB Disk and then select Stop to continue.

4.The Safe To Remove Hardware window will appear. Select OK to continue.

5.Select USB Disk and then select Stop to continue.
