“My Favorite” List

“My Favorite”

The “My Favorite” list will show your favorite

List

Print Servers. You can find the Print Server’s

 

information including its name, MAC ID, IP

 

address, and any connected devices.

 

 

All-In-One

The information listed here is the same as the Print

Print

Server List. Refer to the “Print Server List” section

for more information.

Refresh

Refreshes the Print Server List immediately.

 

 

Connect

Allows printer connection to your computer.

 

 

Disconnect

Disconnects the selected MFP.

 

 

Delete

Deletes the selected Print Server from the “My

 

Favorite” list.

 

 

Auto Release

To avoid occupying the printer for too long, you

Auto Connect List

To let the system occupy the Print Server automatically when you want to print a document, just like the behavior of using a traditional print server, you can add the printer into your Auto Connect List. The system will send the printing jobs to the printer when the Print Server is idle and there is no connection.
