5.Make sure that the Direct/Thermal Transfer Switch is set to the ‘Transfer’ position for thermal-transfer printing.

6. Route the ribbon through the Printhead Carrier Assembly as shown.

7.Close the Top Cover. Press the Feed Button several times to ensure proper tracking.
