The Security tab, as shown in Figure 5-12, enables configuration of the Router to provide parental controls.

AOL Parental Controls

Click on the radio button next to Enable to use AOL’s “Parental Controls” feature. Enabling this will disable all options under the Advanced tab except MAC Address cloning, and will disable all Internet access, except when using AOL client software. Click the radio button next to Disable if you don’t want to use this feature.

Note: AOL Parental Controls are available to AOL customers in the United States only.

Wireless Access Point Router with 4-Port Switch

If at any time you enable the AOL Parental Controls feature in the Router, you must run the Setup Wizard CD and select Setup Additional Computer(s) to install the AOL 7.0 software on your computers.

To apply the settings that you change on a page, click the Apply button. To can- cel any values you’ve entered on a page, click the Cancel button.
