ADSL Modem
•Access. Select the type of access allowed to the Modem’s SNMP information by the selected community: read or write.
•Valid. To enable the community’s access, click the Valid checkbox.
SNMP Trap
Trap to. Enter the IP address of the remote host computer that will receive the trap messages.
Community. The community name functions as a password for sending trap notifications to the target SNMP program. It is useful to manage multiple devices at the same. Enter the name of the community you’re using.
Version. Select the version number
Log
The Modem can keep logs of all traffic for your Internet connection. To disable the Log function, keep the default setting, Disabled. To monitor traffic between the network and the Internet, select Enabled. When you wish to view the logs, click Incoming Log or Outgoing Log, depending on which you wish to view.
Change these settings as described here and click the Save Settings button to apply your changes or Cancel Changes to cancel your changes.
