Reference Drive Bay		Configuration
1, 2	1, 2	Two standard 5.25-inch, half-height bays for optional drives

3	3	One standard 3.5-inch, 1.44-MB diskette drive mounted with a drive
		adapter into a 5.25-inch bay

4, 5	4, 5	Two standard 3.5-inch drive bays; Bay 4 contains the preinstalled hard
		drive; Bay 5 is available for an optional hard drive

Drive bay numbers are stamped on the chassis.

To verify the type and size of the mass storage devices installed in the computer, run F10 Compaq Computer Setup.
