This item allows you to enable/disable IR transmission delay. The choices: Enabled, Disabled.

4.6.14 UR2 Duplex Mode

This item allows you to select the IR half/full duplex function. The choices: Half, Full.

4.6.15 Onboard Parallel Port

This field sets the address of the on-board parallel port connector. These fields allow you to select the IRQ of onboard serial port with their addresses, or you can select Disabled. The default values for parallel ports are: 378/IRQ7

4.6.16 Parallel Port Mode

This field allows you to set the operation mode of the parallel port. The setting “SPP” allows standard printer port device running at normal speed operation, but in one direction only. “EPP” allows bidirectional parallel port operation at maximum speed. “ECP” allows the parallel port to oper- ate in bi-directional mode and at a speed faster than the maximum data transfer rate. “ECP + EPP” allows normal speed operation in a two-way mode. The default value of Parallel Port Mode is “SPP”.

4.6.17 EPP Mode Select

This field allows you to select EPP port type 1.7 or 1.9. The choices: EPP1.7, 1.9. The default value is 1.7.

4.6.18 ECP Mode Use DMA

This selection is available only if you select “ECP” or “ECP + EPP” in the Parallel Port Mode field. In ECP Mode Use DMA, you can select DMA channel 1, DMA channel 3, or Disable. Leave this field on the default setting of 3.

4.6.19 PWRON After PWR-Fail

This selection is allowed you to choose 3 options of “Off”, “On” or Former-Sts” for Power setting when abnormal electricity break occurs.

Off

When power returns after an AC power failure, the system’s power

is off. You must press the Power button to power-on the system.

On

When power returns after an AC power failure, the system will

automatically power-on.

Former-StsWhen power returns after an AC power failure, the system will return to the state where you left off before power failure occurs. If the system’s power is off when AC power failure occurs, it will remain off when power returns. If the system’s power is on when AC power fail- ure occurs, the system will power on when power returns.
