To set a Department Code

!User Function 19 (Department Code) must be set to ON before the Department Code may be set.

!Be sure to record the Department Code(s). Keep the record in a safe place. If you forget the Department Code, you will need to contact a Service Dealer for assistance.

1Press Menu/Exit to enter menu.

2Enter speed access no. 06. Wait.

3Enter department number (1-99). Press Enter.

4Input the 4-digit password (0000-9999) using the numeric keypad.

5If the number is already registered, CLEAR/MODIFY displays.

6Input another 4-digit password. Press Enter.

7Repeat Steps 3-6 until all the department numbers you want to use have been registered.

8Press Menu/Exit to return to standby mode.

To use a Department Code

Enter the 4-digit Department Code (password) at the prompt for Enter ID [xxxx].

To cancel a Department Code

1Press Menu/Exit to enter menu.

2Enter speed access no. 06. Wait.

3Enter department number (1-99). Press Enter.

4Select Clear.

5Enter a 4-digit password (Department Code) using the numeric keypad. Press Enter.

6If the password (Department Code) matches a registered password, ID Close displays.

If the password (Department Code) does not match a registered password, Invalid ID displays.

7At ID Close, press Enter to confirm the cancellation of the password (Department Code).

8Press Menu/Exit to return to standby mode.
