Group Directory Report

This report provides a complete listing of all of the numbers programmed into a specific group. There is a separate report for each group. The information includes:

·Date and Time report was printed

·ID of the machine generating the report

·Group Number

·Group Name

·Location IDs programmed into the Group

Printing the Group Directory

1Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.

2Press  or to select Report Print. Press Enter.

3Press  or until the report you want appears on the display. Press Enter.

4Press  or to select the desired group number. Press Enter.

5Print all the reports you want. Then, press Menu/Exit to return to standby mode.
