CAUTION: Before setting the 3C905B-TX NIC for full-duplex, make sure that the switch port is also set to full-duplex or supports full-duplex and auto-negotiation (NWay).

Full-duplex at 100 Mbps improves the performance of switch (hub) connections. The 3C905B-TX NIC supports full-duplex at 10 or 100 Mbps. If the switch supports the NWay feature and full-duplex, the 3C905B-TX NIC automatically runs in full-duplex.
