4Slide the QSFP+ module into the port until you hear it click into place (Installing a QSFP+ Module (Summit family switch and BlackDiamond 8800 series switch) and Installed QSFP+ Module (Summit family switch and BlackDiamond 8800 series switch)).
5Push up on the handle to secure the QSFP+ module in the switch.

If you are installing only one QSFP+ module, make sure that all unoccupied ports are covered with a rubber dust cover, which is shipped with the Summit option card or BlackDiamond I/O module (Installed QSFP+ Module (Summit family switch and BlackDiamond 8800 series switch)).
