To connect an SFP+ direct-attach cable:

1Holding the SFP+ connector by its sides, insert the connector into the port on the switch

(Connecting an SFP+ Direct-Attach Cable to a Front-Panel Port (Cable A and Cable B) and Connecting an SFP+ Direct-Attach Cable to an XGM2-2sf Option Card (Cable A and Cable B)).
