Phone Book Details

Typically, your phone book will consist of two parts; a global or corporate part and your personal part.

The corporate part is maintained by your administrator, while the personal part is yours to fill with contacts as you like. You may, for example, copy contacts from the corporate part to your personal part to make entries easy to locate. Note that changes made by the administrator to the corporate part, will not affect any contacts that you have copied into your personal part.
