IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS

SEARCHING THE CODE LIBRARY

If the 6 in 1 RF Remote Control System’s remote con- trol does not operate your remote-controlled devices when you first set it up, you probably haven’t entered the correct 3-digit codes for your devices. You can try all the codes for the brand of your device, but because many manufacturers make products using several dif- ferent brand names, you might want to search the sys- tem’s entire library by following these steps.

1.Manually turn on the device you are trying to set up, then press the appropriate device key on your system’s remote control.

2.Aim the system’s remote control at the device.

3.Press and hold down SET UP until the red indica- tor blinks twice. Release SET UP and press 9 9 1. The red indicator blinks twice.

4.After the two blinks, repeatedly press PWR, then the device key for the type of device. For exam- ple:

PWR TV PWR TV PWR ...

Each time you press the device key, the remote control advances to the next manufacturer’s code in its library.

5.When the device responds, press and release SET UP to lock in the manufacturer’s code.

If necessary, repeat these steps for each device key.

VIEWING A DEVICE’S CODE

To determine which 3-digit code the system’s remote control is set to, press the device key, then hold down SET UP until the red indicator blinks twice. Release SET UP and press 9 9 0 1. The system blinks out the num- ber of the first digit of the manufacturer’s code.

Note: The red indicator light does not blink if a digit in the code is a zero.

Press 2 to see the second digit of the manufacturer’s code, and 3 to see the third digit.
