※CF Card Notice!
After inserting the CF card to the CF card slot on the front panel of the DVR, status LED will lit (orange). Enter menu, select “CF card setting" function to detect the CF card, and to display the total capacity and remaining capacity. Error may occur when using certain brands. When error occurs, the message “HDD R/W IS NOT READY" or “HARD DISK FAIL" will be displayed, informing that the total capacity and remaining capacity displayed is incorrect.
When error is encountered (mentioned above), please note the following:
1.After inserting the CF card to the CF card slot on the front panel of the DVR. Please wait for 30 seconds (when the status LED goes off (orange)) before proceeding CF card detection or backup function.
2.During recording, do not insert the CF card, recording errors may occur.
3.Imprudently inserting the CF card during recording, results recording errors. Please reboot the DVR and when the message “RECOVER HDD" appears, press “ENTER" button to repair the previous recorded videos.
Please take note on the condition mentioned above.
