DTV (Digital TV) SETUP MENU:

Follow the instructions below, and on the following pages, to set options available only when using DTV (Digital TV).

While in DTV (ATSC) mode, Press the MENU button 1; the
Video menu will appear. Press the VOLUME Up button	2 to
select the DTV SETUP menu.

Press the VOLUME Up button 1 to enter the submenu, then
press the VOLUME Up 1 or Down 2 button to set the option
to OFF or ON (the DTV CC option will be available). You can
also use the CC (Closed Caption) button on your remote to
turn Closed Captions on or off while viewing a program.

SETTING DTV CC SERVICE

Press the CHANNEL Up 1 or Down 2 button until DTV CC
is selected. Press the VOLUME Up button 3 to enter the
submenu, then press the CHANNEL Up		1 or Down 2
button until CAPTION MODE is selected.

If desired, follow the steps below to select a specific DTV CC service; or, if done, press the EXIT button to exit the menus.

After completing Steps	1-3 above,				you have the option to
select a specific DTV CC service if the CLOSED CAPTION
is ON. Press the CHANNEL Up				1 or Down 2 button until
DTV CC is selected.

Press the VOLUME Up EXIT	or Down 2 button to set the

desired service: Service1 (Primary Caption service, verbatim or near-verbatim captions for the primary language being spoken in the accompanying program audio), Service2 (Secondary Language service, captions in a secondary language which are translations of the Service1 captions), Service3-6 (assigned by individual caption provider).
