Press the Power button on the remote, or front of the unit, to turn on the unit; the1Power indicator will light green. Press the INPUT button repeatedly to select the TV mode (the channel will appear2 in the display).
OPTIONS
FOR TV MODE:
TV AIR: If using a VHF/UHF antenna with analog option.
TV CABLE: If using Cable TV with analog option.
FOR DTV MODE:
DTV AIR: If using a VHF/UHF antenna with digital option.
DTV CABLE: If using Cable TV with digital option.
Make sure that you chose the correct Reception option in the Channel menu (see page 16).
NOTE: You can use the TV/DTV button on the remote to choose between NTSC and ATSC options.

FAQs:
Why do I only receive 69 channels, when my cable goes much higher?
While in TV (NTSC) mode, the Reception option must be set to CABLE when using cable, see Step 2 above. Why are some channels scrambled?
You must subscribe to these channels through your cable company.
HEADPHONE JACK (SIDE OF UNIT)
For private listening, connect 3.5mm (32 ohm) stereo headphones (not included) to this jack. The speakers are automatically disconnected when the headphone plug is inserted in the jack.
