Page 36

Cleaning

Dust exposed surfaces as required, using a soft cloth or

the dusting attachment of ",'our \'acuum cleaner.

Occasionally use the vacuum cleaner to rento\€ du,.t from the ventilation holes on the top. back, sides, and bottont of the cabinet.

Sometimes problems can be easily solved by checking a few basic things Cheek below before you call for help or take your unit to an RCA Authorized VCR Servicenter.

Some of the plastic surfaces are easil\ scratched, and they can be marred by alcohol and \,arious solvents. A\oid excessi\e use of oil-based furniture polishes since the materials u_,ed in tire cabinet are non-porous and the residue will accumulate more dust.

It could save you time and money. If service should be

necessary. RC'A Authorized VCR Servicenters are trained and equipped to furnish it.
