Configuration

TIME/DATE SETUP

The date and time set by the manufacturer may be different from your time zone. It is very important to configure the system date and time before starting recording. Set the date and time by using Mouse wheel:

DATE FORMAT- Asia/American/European

TIME FORMAT- 12 hours/24 hours

MONTH FORMAT- English/Numeric

NOTE: It is strongly recommended to Set the time/ date, Reset all factory defaults and CLEAR the Hard Drive.

PASSWORD SETUP

The password consists of 1 to 8 digits. Click the 0~9 icons (or front panel buttons) to enter the password. Then click ENTER to confirm and enter the system.

1.USER ID - Display User ID.

2.USER PW - Enter the current password.

3.NEW PW - Enter the new password.

4.CONFIRM PW - Enter the new password again for confirmation.

BUZZER SETUP

1.KEY TONE - Turn the system beep ON/OFF (when buttons are pressed on the front panel or remote control).

2.VIDEO LOSS - Turn the beep ON/OFF when a Video Loss event is detected.

3.ALARM ACTIVE - Turn the beep ON/OFF when an Alarm event is detected.

4.DURATION - Sets the duration for the alarm (10~590 seconds)
