If you are using a DVD-RW disc, by default it will be Video mode. You can change it to VR mode from the Setup menu.

Press [SETUP].

Using [K / L], select “Disc”. Press [ENTER].

Disc menu will appear.

Using [K / L], select “Format”. Press [ENTER].

Format menu will appear.
