3.Place tube in axial cutting position in vise with tube extending just beyond the front edge of the vise clamp. Proceed with axial cut (Figure 5).

5.Use the provided weld sample spreading pliers to open up the weld sample for viewing (Figure 7).

4.Place the tube back into the radial cutting position in vise with the tube positioned to intersect the radial cut with the previous axial cut (Figure 6).

MAINTENANCE

 

 

1.The TQ 1.0 has been designed to minimize maintenance. Clean and inspect moving parts regularly for wear. Check power cord periodically for damage or wear. Replace if cracked or damaged.

2.Replace blades at first sign of wear.

CAUTION: Worn cutting blades are suseptible to slippage and could cause serious injury.
