TimeScan
Your VCR is equipped with the TimeScan function. TimeScan allows noise free pictures to be displayed on your TV screen in the forward and reverse search modes. Audio will be played back at normal speed during any of the TimeScan modes (☞ pg. 39). TimeScan allows you to view a program in search mode while listening to the audio.

If the superimposed indication jitters vertically during TimeScan, adjust until the optimum condition is achieved by using manual tracking (☞ pg. 26).
