Hi-Fi Audio Recording Level Control

Your VCR allows manual adjustment of the Hi-Fi audio recording level. Although the preset audio recording level is satisfactory for normal recording, if the sound you are going to record is too loud or too low, adjust the audio recording level while referring to the VCR's audio level meters.

1		TURN ON THE VCR
1		Press POWER.
		ACCESS MAIN MENU
2		SCREEN
2		Press MENU as many times as necessary.
		ACCESS FUNCTION SET
3		SCREEN
		Press SET +/– to place the arrow next to “FUNCTION
		SET”, then press SELECT.
		ACCESS HI-FI REC LEVEL
4		SCREEN
		Press SET +/– to place the	FUNCTION
		arrow next to “HI-FI REC	FUNCTION
		arrow next to “HI-FI REC	AUTO TIMER
		LEVEL”, then press SELECT.	SUPERIMPOSE
		LEVEL”, then press SELECT.	2ND AUDIO

		ADJUST AUDIO RECORD-
6		ING LEVEL
		Press FF or REW.
		● To move the on-screen's audio levels by one division
		of the scale, press FF or REW briefly for 5 times in
		succession. To move the audio levels faster, keep FF
		or REW presssed.
	● Adjust the recording level so that the audio level
		meters reach from 0dB to 4dB at the maximum sound
		volume.
