Recording media

The recorder is not equipped with any recording medium for recording/playback such as a hard disk drive (in this manual, we call the installed medium "current drive"). Therefore, to execute the multitrack recording using the recorder, you have to separately prepare a current drive.

For a current drive, you can use any universal "E-IDE" hard disk drive* which has been tested and approved by FOSTEX. A hard disk drive can be installed in the removable case attached.
