Changing the country

The set filter values depend on the respective country. It is therefore necessary to enter the country to which these filter values apply.

1Switch on the TV set. If required, select the programme number for the DVD recorder.

2Switch on the DVD recorder using [STANDBY].

3Press [SYSTEM MENU] on the remote control. The menu bar appears.

4Select the ' ' icon using [] or [].

5Select ‘Features’ using [œ] or [] and confirm with [].

6Confirm 'Access control ' using [].

7Enter a 4-digit code of your choice. Enter the same code again as confirmation.

8Select ‘Change country’ using [] or [] and confirm with [].

9Select the corresponding country using [] or [].

10Confirm with [OK].

11Quit the feature using [œ] and [SYSTEM MENU].

Changing the PIN code

1Switch on the TV set. If required, select the programme number for the DVD recorder.

2Switch on the DVD recorder using [STANDBY].

3Press [SYSTEM MENU] on the remote control. The menu bar appears.

4Select the ' ' icon using [] or [].

5Select ‘Features’ using [œ] or [] and confirm with [].

6Confirm 'Access control ' using [].

7Enter a 4-digit code of your choice. Enter the same code again as confirmation.

8Select ‘Change code’ using [] or [] and confirm with [].

9Enter the new code using the number buttons [0..9]. Enter the same code again as confirmation.

10Quit the feature using [œ] and [SYSTEM MENU].

I have forgotten my code

Press [STOP] four times, then press [OK]. Access control is now switched off.

You can now enter a new code as described above.
