Press the down arrow key until Cable Box Output is selected, then press the right arrow key to select from the following options:

Ch ## — Indicates that your cable box is connected to the “IN (FROM ANT.)” jack on the VCR back panel and is tuned to Channel 2, 3, or 4. Use the number keys to set the appropriate channel.

Line 1 — Indicates that your cable box is connected to the front line inputs.

Line 2 — Indicates that your cable box is connected to the rear line inputs.

With Cable Box Control enabled, you can set the Record Source for Timer Recordings to the actual cable channel you wish to record (see page 17). The Cable Mouse will send the proper channel to your cable box automatically.
