10.2 Change Password

IMPORTANT: The default password is 0000. For security reasons, it is highly recommended that you change this.

Menu SETTINGS Change Password and press the key.

The local password is required to change certain settings, view and edit locked channels etc.

Input your existing password using the numeric keypad on your remote under Existing Password.

Enter your new password in the Input New Password and enter the same password in New Password Again.

10.3PG LOCK (Parental Guidance)

Menu SETTINGS PG Lock and press the key.

Parental controls allow you to restrict programming based on their classification.

The default setting has Parental Guidance turned off. Enter the local password and choose your restriction level if you wish to enable this feature.

Options are:

P - Pre-school C - Children

PG - Parental Guidance R - Restricted 18+

Once activated, any show that has a classification higher than what is chosen will be blocked from viewing. For example, if you select PG above, shows that have a rating above PG will be locked from viewing.

You will have to input the local password to be able to view content that has been locked.
