MENU Picture/sound output

"4 : 3" / "16 : 9" TV screen

According to your TV screen, Wide-screen (16 : 9) or conventional

size (4 : 3), choose the picture aspect.

1 If a disc is playing press STOP button.

2 Call the set-up menu using menu button.

3 Select "TV Aspect", press number button 6.

4a You have a classical (4 : 3) TV screen Press number button 1.

In case of 16 : 9 movie, you will see black bands appear (letterbox style):

5 To exit set-up menu press return button.

Do not use the zoom function on your TV for this set-up, as parts of the picture and menu will be hidden.

When using the S-video or video connection, unlike when using the SCART connection, the TV screen aspect has to be selected manually on your TV set.

When using arrows for selection press ok button to confirm.
