Expert settings

When using arrows for selection press ok button to confirm.

1 If a disc is playing press STOP button.

2 Call the set-up menu using menu button.

3 Select "Expert Settings"; press number button 9.

4a Audio for 2x playback

If you want to hear the sound during visual search / scan select "Audio for 2x Playback" using number button 1.

Select the preferred value using number button 1 or 2.

4b Still mode

Usually the player selects automatically "Auto" the best still format for film (frame) or video (field). However sometimes it may be necessary to select manually to obtain the best still quality. To select "Still mode" press number button 2.

Select the preferred value using number button 1 or 2.

4c "4 : 3" preference

If you have a normal "4 : 3" size TV set, you can choose the way you want

to see the new

pan / scan style

letterbox

"16 : 9" format films.

(if available)

 

 

 

Select "4 : 3 Preference" press number button 3. Select the preferred value using number button 1 or 2.

5 To exit set-up menu press return button.
