1Press SET UP.

2Press 3 repeatedly to select “VIDEO SETUP PAGE”.

3Press 5/a to highlight [TV DISPLAY], and then press 3.

4Press 5/a to highlight [16:9], and then press ENTER.

Setting the OSD Language

You can select your own preferred language for the setup menu. This setting remains once selected.

1Press SET UP.

2Press 2 / 3 to select “GENERAL SETUP PAGE”.

3Press 5/a to highlight [OSD LANGUAGE], and then press 3.

4Press 5/a to select a language, and then press ENTER.

Setting the audio, subtitle and disc menu languages (DVD-Video only)

You can select your own preferred language for the audio, subtitle and disc menu. This unit automatically switches to the selected language whenever you load a disc. If the selected language is not available on the disc, the default language of the disc will be used instead.

1Press 7 twice, and then press SET UP.

2Press 3 repeatedly to select

“PREFERENCE PAGE”.

3Press 5/a to highlight one of the options below, and then press 3.

•AUDIO (audio language)

•SUBTITLE (subtitle language)

•DISC MENU (disc menu language)

4Press 5/a to select a language, and then press ENTER.

5Repeat steps 3-4for other language settings.

■To select a language not in the list

1Select [OTHERS] in [AUDIO] or [SUBTITLE] or [DISC MENU].

2Use the numeric buttons (0-9) to enter the 4-digit language code (see “Language Codes” on page 35), and then press

ENTER.
