Connections & Setup

Plug in the TV/VCR

Plug the end of the power cord into the wall outlet. Match the wide blade of the plug with the wide slot in the outlet. Insert the plug completely into the outlet.

Put Batteries in the Remote

1.Remove the battery compartment cover on the remote.

2. Insert new batteries. Match the polarities (+ and -) on the batteries with the diagram on the remote.

3. Put the battery compartment cover back on the remote.

Use the arrow buttons and the ENTER button to move through the menu system.

Turn on the TV/VCR

Press POWER on front of the TV/VCR or press ON•OFF on the remote. The POWER indicator on the front of the TV/VCR will light when the TV/VCR is on.

Set the Language (Escoja un idioma/Choisissez une langue)

Your TV automatically displays the Language Menu when you press MENU for the first time. Follow these steps to change the language:

1.Press the up or down arrow button to choose between English, Spanish and French, then press ENTER to select the language.

2.Press MENU twice to return to normal TV viewing.

TV/VCR Setup

To complete the TV/VCR setup press MENU to display the MENU. The SYSTEM SET-UPmenu appears for you to set the clock. Once you have set the clock, there are several other steps you must complete in order to customize your TV/VCR, such as setting channels and signal type. Complete the following steps to setup your TV/VCR correctly.
